Fabulous and spotless place to stay in, it has pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff in such a friendly manner that you feel right at home. Stunning and great setting, it's not far from the castles and Galloway and Ayrshire. Would be happy to recommend this hotel in Ballantrae.

Everything was perfectly organised, absolutely courteous staff, spectacular views of the ocean and the gardens. We booked neat and tastefully decorated room. We got a bath too. It was in a remote setting by ferry to Scotland. Further, it was short walk to the main tourist area, the castle by Andreas, an assistant manager who is extremely charming and the Ballantrae beach.

I had special days staying at this rustic hotel. Liked my 2 nights stay. It was well-appointed with great views, good enough for a relaxing break. The personnel were very attentive. The location was amazing and fab, up to the big event.
Unfortunately, there was no menu.

Actually everything was perfectly organised, my next choice again in Ballantrae. That was high-class and exceptionally comfortable hotel set in lovely area. The room was fashionable & huge with open fireplace, the bedroom plus the garden. The service offered was very good. The staff was exceptionally attentive plus the location was stunning and amazing.

The venue is gorgeous and great with genuinely friendly staff. The restaurant is very nice, serves mouthwatering dishes. Would definitely come back there when in Ballantrae, we did not want to leave there.

Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to leave, I will be back. High-class and gorgeous hotel, the rooms were tidy. It was in a remote location, in the garden overlooking the pond. What's more, it was close enough to the Ayrshire coast, truely Beautiful to the eye, and the forests.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay on our Scotland road trip. The hotel was in the secluded setting outwards to the sea. What's more, it was short walk to the castle by Andreas, an assistant manager who is extremely charming, the pond and the coastline. The room was stylish and neat, good sleep in a big bed.
